This policy explains how Luxedo Services Pty Ltd collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit our website, request a quote or engage our property services.
Information we collect
Depending on your enquiry or work order, we may collect your name, phone number, email, property address, agency or property-manager details, work-order references, access and job information, required dates, photos, documents and communications with us. We also receive basic website usage information through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, device information and how visitors reach the site.
Why we collect it
We use information to assess enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and complete services, coordinate access and contractors, provide updates and reports, issue invoices, manage safety and compliance requirements, improve our website and understand which marketing produces genuine enquiries.
Who we may share it with
We may share only the information reasonably needed with our employees, subcontractors, appropriately qualified trades, property managers, owners, agencies, professional advisers, insurers, technology providers or authorities where required by law. Google Analytics may process website usage information using Google’s systems, which may include processing outside Australia.
Photos, documents and website enquiries
Files submitted through the quote form are stored with the enquiry so Luxedo can assess the property and required work. Please do not upload unnecessary identity documents, financial information or images unrelated to the job. Submitting a form does not authorise or book work.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Website enquiries and attachments are stored using access-controlled systems. We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for enquiries, service delivery, legal, insurance, taxation and business-record purposes, then securely delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and completed enquiries. Google may set or read cookies and similar identifiers. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, although some website features may work differently.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity.
